Covid-19 has had significant impacts on the real estate industry. Axiom has continued to adapt in these uncertain times with increasing the use use of technology to increase exposure and make it easier for potential buyers to view your home virtually through videography and virtual tours. For properties which are to be sold via Auction, we have collaborated with some of Adelaide’s leading auctioneers to engage in online auctions. We have also significantly increased the use of secure electronic signatures for contracts to reduce unnecessary interactions and make the purchasing process stress free.
The total cost of selling your home with an agent is divided in two – agent’s service fee (or commission) and marketing costs.
1- Marketing Costs: In order to sell your property sales agents must advertise it to potential buyers. The costs of advertising should be paid before the property is listed for sale and are solely spent on executing the marketing strategy we have proposed to you.
2-Agent’s Fee: The agency fee is the service fee of the agent. You are not required to pay this portion until your property has sold and settled!
As part of our sales strategy, we aim to maximize the property’s exposure in the market over a 2-3 week period. In this time all digital and traditional marketing campaigns will run concurrently. In this ‘maximum exposure’ period we typically have as many open inspections as the vendor can accommodate for.
The appraisal price is an educated prediction of the market value of your property in its current condition.
