  • A comprehensive advertising package to find tenants – realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, social media, other print and online channels.

Rent, Bond & Bills

  • Access to our trust account, lodgement with CBS as required.
  • Payment of bills for Landlords eg. SA Water, ESL, etc.
  • Fortnightly payments to landlords (cheque or EFT).
  • Monthly and EOFY statements provided to landlords for tax purposes.

The Essentials

  • Provide score cards for all prospective tenants (based on records of employment & rental history checks).
  • Obtaining Landlord Protection Insurance.
  • Conduct initial, final and routine inspections with written reports.
  • Participate at residential tenancies tribunal on your behalf.
