No Lock-In Contracts
Axiom offers no lock-in contracts for property management. Unlike many corporate agencies with 40-page contracts containing hidden clauses, our policy of disengagement is straight-forward and transparent. If landlords are unsatisfied with our services within the first 6-months, they may opt out with only 6-week notice period required.
T&Cs do apply and vary based on individual circumstances or promotional offers – all of which are disclosed openly.

What do your management services include?
Our property management services are all-inclusive. This means every component of the rental process from appraisal, letting, trust accounts, payment of bills, EOFY statements, tenant applications, contracts, arranging for landlord protection insurance, and routine inspections are included. Some non-standard services like attending residential tenancies tribunals are also included, but capped at a certain number of hours and billed thereafter.
