Rental Application

Choose the property you’d like to rent. It stays fixed for the rest of the form; to change it, come back to this step.

Each adult (18 or over) completes their own rental application, the official SA Form A1. We’ll email it to everyone you list.

Hoping to keep a pet? Tell us on the next step. If your application is successful, you ask the landlord’s approval on the CBS pet request form, and they must reply within 14 days.

This is not a rental application. It tells us you’re interested so we can send each adult the official SA rental application (Form A1). The rent is the advertised rent: we don’t invite offers above it, and applications aren’t ranked on rent. There is no fee or deposit to apply; you’ll only ever be asked for rent (no more than two weeks in advance) and the bond.

We use these details only to contact you about this property and share them with its landlord. If you’re not successful, we destroy them within 30 days after the property is let, unless you agree below to us keeping them for up to six months. See our privacy policy.
