Axiom manages property for investors: local, interstate and overseas. We need a senior property manager to run a portfolio, keep owners informed and tenants looked after, and help shape how the department works as it grows.
What you’ll do
- Manage a residential portfolio end to end: leasing, routine inspections, maintenance, arrears and renewals.
- Report to owners clearly and on time, and advise on rent reviews and improvements.
- Handle tribunal matters (SACAT) and bond processes with care.
- Mentor newer property managers and help refine our processes and systems.
What you bring
- Registration in South Australia as a property manager or land agent.
- Several years managing a residential portfolio, ideally including investor-heavy books.
- Calm, clear communication with owners and tenants — in writing and on the phone.
- Confidence with PropertyMe or a similar trust accounting and management platform.
