Yes. Retail shop leases come under the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA). We prepare disclosure statements, track rent reviews and options, and work with your solicitor on the lease itself.
How are outgoings handled?
We prepare an outgoings budget, invoice tenants their share as the lease provides, and reconcile actual against budget at year end.
What are the letting fees for commercial property?
Commercial letting and management fees depend on the property and the lease. We provide a written proposal before you commit.
Do you handle lease disputes?
We manage arrears and breaches day to day. For retail lease disputes, the Small Business Commissioner offers mediation in South Australia, and we work with your solicitor where a matter goes further.
