We’re growing our sales team territory by territory, and want an agent who knows the Barossa and Gawler, the Adelaide Hills and the Fleurieu Peninsula and wants to own it. The market here is acreage, lifestyle and holiday homes, and regional towns with their own rhythm. You’ll have Axiom’s rent roll, investor clients and database of more than 10,000 buyers behind you, and the office in St Peters for support, marketing and admin.
What you’ll do
- Win, list and sell residential property in your territory, from appraisal to settlement.
- Run campaigns end to end: pricing advice, marketing, open inspections, negotiation and contracts.
- Work with Axiom’s property managers and investor clients on sales from the rent roll.
- Build a local presence with owners, buyers and referral partners.
- Know your patch street by street — Tatachilla, Prospect Hill, Evanston, Gawler, Aldinga, Hewett and the suburbs around them.
What you bring
- Registration in South Australia as a sales representative or land agent, or CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice nearly complete.
- A track record in residential sales, or strong transferable sales experience and the drive to build one.
- Local knowledge of the territory, and a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Honesty with vendors and buyers alike — it’s what our reviews are built on.
